How does it work?

Choose your blank, upload your favorite pet photo, and check out. Our artists hand-draw and digitize your pet's portrait, email you an artwork proof within 2–3 business days, and — once you approve it — stitch your piece to order.

How long will my order take?

Your artwork proof arrives by email within 2–3 business days. After you approve it, production takes about 5–7 business days, and your order then ships with tracking. We'll keep you updated by email at every step.

What makes a good photo?

Front-facing, eye-level photos in natural or bright indoor light work best — with your pet's head, ears, and chest fully in frame. See our Photo Guide for examples and tips.

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes — you can feature up to 5 pets on one piece. Each additional pet is $15, added automatically in your cart.

Can I add text?

Yes — the “Add Text” embroidery option is free. Add a name or a short phrase (up to 9 characters) and choose its placement and decoration style right on the product page.

What if I don't love my artwork proof?

Nothing is stitched until you approve your proof. If something looks off, simply reply to the proof email and our artists will adjust it.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, all custom sales are final, and we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it. See Shipping & Returns.

How do I care for my embroidered piece?

Wash cold on a gentle cycle with the garment turned inside out, hang dry or tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the embroidery. Full details are on our Care Instructions page.

What sizes do you offer?

Our apparel is a relaxed, unisex fit from S to 2XL. Check the Size Guide for measurements — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
