Every PawCheri piece is personalized and made to order — embroidered from your own pet's photo, just for you.

Custom pieces are final sale

Because each piece is created to order for one beloved pet, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all custom sales are final.

Our promise

Your piece should arrive perfect. If your order arrives damaged or defective — or if we made a mistake — contact us at support@pawcheri.com and we will make it right with a replacement.
