Shipping policy

Every PawCheri piece is custom-made to order — drawn from your photograph, embroidered by our artists, and shipped only when it is ready to be loved.

Artwork & production

Within 2–3 business days of placing your order, our artists prepare your portrait and email you an artwork proof for approval. Once you approve it, production typically takes 5–7 business days. Nothing is stitched until you have approved your proof.

Shipping

Orders ship with tracking, and we email you the tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $75, and we ship worldwide.
