We believe that great fashion should know no borders, and you shouldn’t have to worry about extra delivery fees. That is why we proudly offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the globe, with absolutely no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing & Handling: All orders are reviewed, prepared, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major public holidays) after your payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address, garment size, or cancel your order, please email us at support@lopersr.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and sent to our logistics partner, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel it.

  • Confirmation Email: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please kindly check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, delivery times generally range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your destination country, local postal efficiency, and international customs clearance.

Please note that shipping times are estimates. While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, global logistics peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or local customs processing.

4. Shipment Tracking

We believe in full transparency. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the logistics carrier to update the tracking status on their system after the package has been scanned.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

lopersr is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions regarding your country’s import policies.

6. Delivered but Not Received / Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property, porch, or with neighbors to see if it was left in a safe spot.

  2. Contact your local post office or the carrier listed in your tracking email directly, as they can provide precise GPS coordinates of the delivery.

  3. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@lopersr.shop. Please note that lopersr is not financially responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, or for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
