Every PawCheri piece begins with a photograph — and ends as a keepsake. Because each one is drawn, digitized, and embroidered to order, a little patience is part of the craft. Here is exactly how it works:
How ordering works
- Artwork proof: Within 2–3 business days of your order, our artists hand-draw your pet's portrait and email you an artwork proof for approval. Nothing is stitched until you love it.
- Production: Once you approve your proof, your piece is embroidered to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days.
- Delivery: Your order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking details the moment it is on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $75, and we ship worldwide.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is personalized and made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all custom sales are final.
That said, your piece should arrive perfect. If your order arrives damaged or defective — or if we made a mistake — contact us at support@pawcheri.com and we will make it right with a replacement.
