At lopersr, we want you to absolutely love your new wardrobe! We understand that buying clothes online can sometimes be tricky with sizing and fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to try on your items and ensure they are perfect for you.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the exact date your package was delivered (as indicated by the logistics tracking number) to request a return or an exchange. Any return requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure a successful and valid return, all apparel must meet the following strict hygienic and retail standards:

  • Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any signs of wear.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be entirely free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, pet hair, or cigarette smoke.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags, size labels, and protective hygiene seals must remain fully attached and intact. The items should be returned in their original packaging.

Important Note for Women's Apparel: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, undergarments, and earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us. Send an email to our dedicated customer support team at support@lopersr.shop. Please include your Order Number (e.g., #LOP1234), the specific items you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Review & Instructions. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, we will email you the designated return shipping address and detailed return authorization instructions.

  • Step 3: Ship It Back. Securely pack your items in their original packaging. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit without tracking.

  • Step 4: Provide Tracking. Once you have shipped the package, please email us the tracking number and the name of the carrier so we can monitor its arrival.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a wrong garment, or if the item arrives torn, damaged, or defective, lopersr will cover 100% of the return costs and issue a full refund or a free replacement. (Photo/video proof sent to our email is required).

  • Personal Reasons / Size Preferences: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, a change of mind, or because it does not fit the way you prefer (despite matching our online size charts), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the garments to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria listed above. This process usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

  • Approval/Rejection: We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timing: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
