Due to the bespoke hand-crafted nature of pet embroidery, standard production takes 5-7 business days after proof approval. Tracked express shipping available worldwide. Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final; however, we will gladly replace any damaged or defective items.

Every portrait is hand-digitized by our studio artists. Within 2-3 business days, you will receive an artwork proof via email. We will not stitch your garment until you are 100% in love with it!
